National Science Day Celebration

The National Science Day is celebrated on February 28 to mark the anniversary of the 'Raman Effect' by the Physicist Sir Chandrashekhara Venkata Raman, popularly known as C.V. Raman. The Department of Science and Humanities in association with Science Club of AMRITA College of Engineering and Technology, Nagercoil organized the programme with the guidance of Academic Director Dr. T. Kannan and Principal Dr. R. Sampath Kumar. Science Club Coordinator Dr. S. Saravana Veni delivered the welcome address. Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Dr. S. V. Mahesh Kumar delivered felicitation address about National Science Day. More than 50 students have been participated and presented their Power Point and Project. Three Prizes have given for the best three paper presentations and project Expo. Dr. S. Raja, Head of the department of Science & Humanities have delivered the vote of thanks.
