Guest Lecture on Ethics in Corporate Practices

The Department of Management Studies organized a seminar for the second-year students on 'EXCITING CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN HR' as a part of HR Club on September 29th 2023. Mr. R Bright Reginold Raja, Employee Relationship Officer at B2C Technologies, Nagercoil, was the resource person. He discussed the various challenges faced by HR in their profession and the opportunities available in HR. He also suggested ideas that help the students learn how to use opportunities such as empathizing, ideating, and prototyping to enter the HR field.
